For three days, the team at Para Llevar braved the winter rains, immersing themselves in the stories and spirit of the incredible people at Vern’s, located at the corner of Bogard and Ashe, which opened its doors in the summer of '22. In this issue, you’ll discover that it’s a truly timeless, family-run affair. As you settle at the bar with the regulars, it quickly feels like a place you’ve been coming to for years.
